No, as you can imagine that’s not the Welsh town that I am going to hide in if we get relegated. It’s our league results from this campaign. 2 wins from 16 matches…So, the scary thing about our predicament now is that we have the same number of points as we did after 28 games in 1993/94 and LESS points than we did in 1997/98 when we stayed up on goal difference (29)!
We will look into the reasons why this is happening elsewhere, but below are the games we have left – 6 games at home and 4 away. If you’d looked at bthese fixtures at the start of the season you’d be delighted – Newcastle, Southampton, Burnley, Spurs, Man Utd and Sunderland at home? 18 points surely?

And last season out of the games we actually won 7 of the equivalent matches (two of them being ‘equivalent teams’ in terms of who went down/came up), drew two and only lost one – that Boxing Day disaster at home to Sunderland which we should have easily won.
